By accessing or using the Our Wellness Life platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Platform.

3. Nature of the Platform & HIPAA
Our Wellness Life provides a secure, HIPAA-compliant software portal used by independent healthcare providers to communicate with their patients. Our Wellness Life is a technology infrastructure provider, not a healthcare provider. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical questions, concerns, or emergencies must be directed to your healthcare provider or 911.
4. Data Protection and Non-Disclosure
We act as a secure conduit for your healthcare data. We strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding the safeguarding of your Protected Health Information (PHI). We explicitly guarantee that we will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal contact information to third-party marketers.
5. User Accounts and Security
Access to the Platform is granted via your healthcare provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify your provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: safely reviewing communications and documents from your healthcare provider. You may not attempt to breach or circumvent security measures, use the Platform to transmit malicious software, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Wellness Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any medical outcomes resulting from communications (or lack thereof) with your healthcare provider; or (c) any conduct or content of any third party or healthcare provider on the Platform.
8. Termination
Access to your portal is controlled by your healthcare provider. They may suspend or terminate your access at their discretion. Our Wellness Life also reserves the right to suspend platform access in the event of a security threat or violation of these terms.
