Program Description

Our Wellness Life utilizes SMS text messaging exclusively to send secure administrative notifications. When your healthcare provider registers you for our platform and you provide them with mobile consent, you will receive text messages from us notifying you that a new secure message, document, or alert is ready for your review inside your patient portal.

Strict Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. We will NEVER sell, share, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively for portal notifications related to your healthcare.

HIPAA Compliance & Message Content

To maintain strict HIPAA compliance and protect your privacy, Our Wellness Life does not transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) via SMS. All text messages are generic administrative alerts (e.g., "You have a new message available in your Our Wellness Life portal"). You must log in to the secure, encrypted portal to view any health-related information.

Age Requirement

By participating in this SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the communication activity between you and your healthcare provider.

Opt-Out (Cancellation)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the shortcode or number sending the message. After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message and no longer send SMS messages. Contact your healthcare provider to reinstate.

Carrier Liability & Rates

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages. If you have questions about your plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Help & Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly.
